Day 3
What Drives Your Life?
EVERYONE’S LIFE IS DRIVEN BY SOMETHING.
There are hundreds of circumstances, values, and emotions that can drive your life. Here are five of the most common ones:
Many people are driven by guilt.
Many people are driven by resentment and anger.
Many people are driven by fear.
Many people are driven by materialism.
Many people are driven by the need for approval.
The Benefits of Purpose-Driven Living
There are five greatest benefits of living a purpose-driven life:
Knowing your purpose gives meaning to your life.
Knowing your purpose simplifies your life.
Knowing your purpose focuses your life.
Knowing your purposes motivates your life.
Knowing your purpose prepares you for eternity.
If you want your life to have impact, focus it! Stop dabbling. Stop trying to do it all. Do less. Prune away even good activities and do only what which matters most.
You weren’t put on the earth to be remembered. You were put here to prepare for eternity.
