Management Bio

Before founding Watanabe & Company, I worked in executive search at Korn/Ferry International. With over 18 years of experience in Corporate and In-house Recruitment, I began my career as a consultant at Accenture upon graduating from university. I also held a position at Citigroup Global Markets as an Equity Research Analyst.

I earned a BA in Social Sciences from Waseda University in Tokyo. Later, I completed two semesters in a Master’s Level Counseling and Guidance program at New York University, but took a long leave of absence.
